As soon as I enter the game I see a blank scoreboard. The game soon crashes afterwards and I got penalty for leaving as well

I understand from your screenshot that you've seen a wonky scoreboard, and then a crash, and I'm sorry to hear this. In most cases, graphical and crash issues can be resolved with the steps in our troubleshooting guide, so can you start with that for me? In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game.
If the glitching and crashes reoccur after those steps, please let me know, and I'll have some other ideas we can try to get this resolved for you!
