[2020] [Ubisoft Connect]skin transfer?

so i read about ubisoft connect and got excited bc i have around 2k hours on xbox and almost 1k on pc and was wondering if i was able to transfer my skins, i dont really wanna take the risk of linking my xbox and someone trying to steal my account bc i have an og uplay (tier)
