this bug have been existing like 6 month !! outcome i have to restart game every day for meaningless .how much time wasted cause ubi!

everytime you play longtime up to some certain mumber,the error code will shows up, definetely like continue 6 month ,everyday !


it is not net problem, i have submit 3 ticked last year ! yes ******g last year .still not fix ,the recently repley is : we have know the problem and still investgating

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issues you've been dealing with.

First and foremost - I appreciate you're frustrated however please do note that any offensive or inflammatory language is prohibited as per our forum rules, therefore refrain yourself from using it in the future.

Now, in terms of the issues you've mentioned..

1. Connectivity issue (6-0x00001000) - if you are dealing with this particular error code, in order to try and resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to try completing all of the steps mentioned in the following article, which will allow you to establish better connection to game servers and remove any potential limitations that may be causing interruptions
2. If you have done that already yet to no success, can I ask you to advise us the following:

- When does this error occur (when queueing, upon launch, in menu, etc)?
- What ISP do you have?
- Where are you located (country)?
- How long are you in queue before you receive this error?

This information will be passed along to our development team who have been continuously working on the matter.

2. Crash issue - the thread that you've shared is regarding crash issues that started happening this season however I understand that you've been having on-going crash issue since last season, is that right? Either way, to keep it organised, I will reply to that particular issue in the thread that you linked as I can see that you've commented there too, and we can then take it from there.

3. I can see that you've also been having difficulties with logging in, is that correct? If it is, would you be able to clarify exactly what are the problems you've been dealing with and we will see how we can help.
