email used to create account was invalid and still let me use it and now i cant reaccess the account. need game transfered to other account

If that doesn't fix the issue, we can clear the ownership file then launch as admin again:

  • Navigate to the following default directory >> C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
  • Delete all files located in the ownership folder
  • Launch Ubisoft Connect and Rainbow Six Siege as admin again


If you still encounter this authentication error, please do a clean reinstall of Ubisoft Connect for good measure. If you still need assistance after that, we'll need to proceed through private channels for security reasons.
