[2021] Resolution/Graphic issues

I had updated my GPU drivers earlier today to try and fix some FPS issues. After the drivers installed I went to launch the game again like normal. However, all of the resolution and graphics settings were reset to default. Resolution was stuck at 1280x720 full-screen until I manually changed it. I also noticed that when I auto detect graphics settings the game says I have the ultra HD pack installed which I do not. Right now I am trying to install that pack and uninstall it to fix this issue. Before this, I had done a clean reinstall of the game and deleted all folders for R6 that I was able to find. If anyone has any information on how to fix this that would be amazing.
