[2021] [Issue Not Listed]Temporary ban

Hi xiDuxc! Any time that a player disconnects from a match, even inadvertently, they receive a temporary ban along with a renown/rank penalty. Since this system is controlled automatically in-game and not by Support, we are not able to adjust rank, restore lost ranked points, or revert penalties of any kind. More details can be found here.
