I have created a Ubisoft support case (12451334) for my issue but perhaps someone within the community has found a workaround so I will post on the forums as well.
Bottom line: I am experiencing slow loading times within matches on PS4.
This issue has been getting progressively worse for me to the point where the game is unplayable - after all players in the lobby have selected their characters and are loading into the preparation phase, I take on average 90-120 seconds to load into the game. This is happening on all game modes - even terrorist hunt.
Troubleshooting measures I've attempted:
-I have exhausted all the troubleshooting measures in the support FAQ 'REFERENCE ID: 000024362 TROUBLESHOOTING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES IN RAINBOW SIX: SIEGE (PS4)'
-Rebuilt PS4 database
-Reinstalled digital version of siege
-I am on a wired connection with the PS4 speedtest 310 download mbps, 50 upload mbps, within Rainbow Six Siege my connection to my default server (eus) is consistently 11 ms
-I've spoken with my ISP to confirm it is not an issue on their end
