i'm running an i7-6700k with gtx 1070 on vulkan with all low setting besides the texture quality which is on the highest setting. i've also the adapted scale rendering target fps to 204 fps. i've also capped my fps in nvidia control panel at 234 fps and i run the RTSS and msi afterburner overlay and experience frequent crashing. anyone here experience similar thing? any help would be appreciated.

From what you explained a likely reason you may be having this issue is due to the 3rd party applications being used as these are known to cause issues.
