As the Six invitational is happening right now, my friend and I are going to watch it and we decided to connect our accounts to twitch to get the drops.
From my side it worked perfectly but my friend got screwed, his account got reseted and all his operators, skins and everything else got deleted for no apparent reason. Is there something he can do? I looked up in Ubisoft support and got nothing.

There's nothing we can do over the forums for this I'm afraid as we can't discuss anyone's account details, or what's on it, on the forums. Especially someone else's account.
Please let them know we can look into what has happened, but they'll need to reach out on one of the channels below and let us know their account info (email and username) and Twitch account username.
