In the event that you're having an issue with the in-game reporting feature, you can also report players online!

Can I just double-check whether this issue is something that occurs in each and every game or does it only happen occasionally? Also, would you be able to advise as to what happens when you attempt to do so?

After having a closer look, it does not look like this matter has been brought up before, therefore if you do happen to have video footage to show that it doesn't work, send it over and we will be more than happy to review the matter further.
