I played siege YEARS ago on the Xbox 360/One, wanted to relive it and play it with my nephew again cause why not? I redownload the game, start it up and let it run its installs with the ubisoft connect and what not. I go straight into newcomer cause I played on a controller back then, now on mouse and keyboard so I needed some direction and people who aren't CRAZY good at the game. After first round with no kills, I go into the second to choose an area to spawn and it immediately says banned for cheating. I have no offenses on my account on Ubisoft OR Steam, so the fact that I got banned for CHEATING of all things, blows my mind. I didn't even finish the match cause I thought it was just a bugged message and wanted to back out to see if its real and what do you know? I'm perm banned off of one round with 0 kills and a single death on my first match back on PC. The support page will not accept my chat request or ticket request for some odd reason, saying an error keeps happening and I don't know where else to go. I'm just trying to find an answer or some help or some guidance cause this is really really ridiculous. I have 0 STATS across all platforms if you look it up, take a look yourself below. So I'd love to know what possible reason I got accused and punished without any investigating just off one death, banned for cheating. Has anyone else had this problem? Cause now my account is forever looked at with a VAC ban thanks to the dumb system.
