Hey @sangello, thank you for sharing what you have tried to help remedy this problem, and I am sorry that it has continued for you for so long. I see that you have reached out via support ticket last year regarding this problem. Could you update your previous support ticket and include an updated MSINFO & DxDIAG after the steps you have already exhausted? We'd be happy to continue reviewing this with you further to see what might be causing the stuttering for you.
