Hello Ubisoft.

This is the 3RD time i could not reconnect to a ranked match and getting banned, i even relaunched the game and it did not say reconnect to ranked match,
it has nothing to do with my internet because i have 50MB/s Download and 20MB/s Upload,
Please fix this it happend to multiple players

Hey all. I'm sorry to hear about this happening. I'd like to note that Support cannot adjust rank, MMR or match history. With that in mind, I'll be happy to forward this instance to the team for review, as the team is currently investigating reports of players receiving penalties for cancelling queues.
