He recently reinstalled R6, he has menu music and other sound effects but whenever he loads into a match (whether it be custom, multiplayer or t-hunt), his sound just cuts out. He reinstalled the game again, resetted his sound settings but it still won't work. Can't send a case to ubi support because the email option disappears after I select all the required fields. It's a problem with R6 and not his TV or xbox because sound works flawlessly in every other game.
