Hi recently my game was freezing in ranked and it crashed like 30 sec after those freezes and when i tried to reconnect to my game it says "you've been removed from this game"
i lost 2 games because of this and now im banned for 2 hours
i also lost 350mmr so it is annoying and i need to know very quickly how i can fix this bug

Would you be able to let us know which platform you're playing on currently, so that we can advise some steps to follow to help prevent this from happening in future?
