I've played a placement ranked two nights ago,I won 4-0,the match didn't count.Right after the match ended,the game was stuck on synchronising data. After we returned to the menu,it was showing 9 matches left before being Ranked even though we've just finished our (my squad) 2nd placement match of the season.

You'll see in the link that we've played 2 matches, It's the second one which didn't count .You can see it in 50:00 of that link.
So we restarted the app ,it was still showing 9 matches left before being Ranked.
I waited one day and it still didn't count.
Kindly help please. After we restarted the app,my friend started streaming again, we started another Ranked match,which actually is our 3rd placement match,but it was counted as the 2nd because the previous one didn't count. The data centre is called Gameloft/ap-southeast-1. The platform is PlayStation 4.
Me and my squad play each and every ranked match with a lot of passion,where each and every win matters a lot to us. As I've given you the proof, you'll see all the players in the lobby and I hope you adjust the MMR accordingly.

Hey everyone, thank you for posting about your MMR and sorry to see some of you received abandon sanctions after being disconnected.

Just to be clear, we are unable to add or remove MMR or renown on any players account, we simply do not have that tool as it is handled by the game and the game alone, however we can tell you what points you have received for your latest matches.

This sounds like mainly a visual error that we are aware of that affects the game and unofficial stat trackers, but it should display correctly account side for us to view so you should still receive MMR.

If you would like us to check your MMR and renown gains and losses please reach out to us privately. We can check your account and after verifying you as the account owner we can tall you on our side, exactly what points you lost or gained for your last few matches.

Please make sure to make a note of the date, time and time zone when contacting us as this will save a lot of time.
