Today I logged onto rainbow six siege for the first time in a few weeks. I was met with a permanent ban for cheating on my account around level 190 despite the fact that I wasn't cheating. I have contacted ubisoft support but they where completely useless and just told me my account couldn't be unbanned. If it was battlements just picking something up on my pc then I would understand however it states that I was banned for cheating on multiple occasions. Please help this is an account that I have spent over 1000 hours on and hundreds of pounds and I don't wanna lose it just because some ubisoft support worker cannot be arsed to help me. My account is Leloss.RAT and I am a consistent gold player with a below average KD. There is no evidence of me using cheats ever so can someone please explain why I'm being banned whilst ubisoft let's the real cheaters free?

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban, as we can not do this over our Forums.
You may be able to appeal your permanent ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can, as you can only have the opportunity to appeal this ban once.
