There's a bug I came across where if you shift+tab or whatever for your steam overlay and close it again you can't move at all until you alt+tab and then alt+tab again back into the game. Its really annoying and I would like you to fix this please

I've had a look and it appears that this issue has been already reported and is being reviewed by our development team, however I just wanted to double-check, when you stated you're unable to move - is it just your mouse or is it your keyboard buttons as well that are not responsive? Additionally, can you also advise if this problem only affects Ranked matches?
In the meantime, you can try temporarily disabling the overlay to see whether issue remains.
