Hello. I have a problem with collecting charms too. I received 3 charms for special event challenges. One of them was received,but 2 another - not. I was waiting for few days, but they didn't appear in my inventory.I posted this message in another tred, but Ubisoft's support didn't answer me anything. I wrote previous post 1 week ago or maybe earlier. Why I can't write to Ubisoft support? only on forum. Why I have no opportunity to solve my problem.If I write them a letter I know, that this letter they will receive, but now I even don't know, if they saw my message or not.It tears me appart, Ubisoft! I know that this is not so important problem, but people, who bought this product, who play this game, they all just want to receive things,, that they won in challenges. I love this game and so sad when I can't use this beautiful charms(

We are aware of issues where players might not receive rewards for challenges. This issue should now be fixed.

We are also currently working on granting the content to players that have not received their rewards.

We would ask you for patience until the content will be added to your account, which should happen in the coming days. Thanks!
