[2023] Can't unlock Ghost Recon weapon skin reward

Hey @refraction_it! Usually, this reward automatically unlocks for players that have both titles on their accounts. Just to check, have you already launched both titles on the same account? Since you mentioned that Future Soldier wasn't installed, please take the time to do so now and launch it as well for good measure.
