[2022] A problem with the Halloween event pack

On your website it says :
"The previous Doktor's Curse Events collection from 2019 and 2021 are also being brought back, with all their former content, including the non-playable Monster Kaid. Each of them has received a fresh injection of blood in the form of brand-new operator card portrait and if you purchased one or several bundles from this past event, the corresponding Operator Card will be added to your monstrouscollection for free!"

I don't understand this.
From previous events I have a full set including:
doc, smoke, ela, aruni, melusi, kapkan.
I looked now and I don't have Operator Card added for free. What is the issue here?

Hey there @IIiIIIiIrIIiiI sorry to hear about the Operator Card portraits being missing from your collection now that the event is live. Do you see any new content for these Operators after closing out of your game and re-opening? I would also like to recommend to verify your game files to ensure no files are corrupt or even missing now that the Event is ready to go. Let us know how it goes~!
