We ask players to allow 48hrs for Twitch Drops / Prime Rewards to be added to your account.
However you should certainly have received your Agent Pack from 6 weeks ago by now.
As looking into these queries requires us to check your account, we cannot assist further here, however could you please open a direct case via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter?
There we'll be able to look into this and get anything missing added.
