Hey! i went through the whole contacting Ubisoft support rigmarole and got nothing useful to help my problem!
So I saw that I needed to update uPlay to something called Ubisoft Connect. After I do that my game will sometimes run fine but won't even get past the enter screen the next time I open the game. Ofc, I first went to YouTube to try and see if there is a fix; I encountered the "just delete Ubisoft Connect and restart" garbage that would guarantee me one game session, tops! I never heard back from Ubisoft support, so do you guys know anything? I am pretty clueless when it comes to PC stuff.

There are additional steps that you can try:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

Verify your game files.

It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

Ubisoft Connect
EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
STEAM

Disable Background Applications.

Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.

Reinstall Ubisoft Connect.

Update your GPU Drivers:

AMD
NVIDIA

Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.
