I just started playing the game again after a long break, I saw the new update so I checked my Reputation and it was 2nd to last. I don't know why, is their any way I can improve it.

As noted, this system is still in it's Beta so there are improvements to be made, however if you're coming back to the game and playing more regularly, you should see your ranking gradually improve (ensure you're maintaining sportsmanlike behaviour!)
The system is still being fine tuned, so don't feel too concerned on your standing at the moment, but as above, it should increase with time.
We'll pass your feedback on but as the system is in Beta, it is a little unstable, but this is being worked on!
