ive been in multiple games against cheaters very clearly using walls and reported them and lost more and more rp and to top that off it doesnt work right since i have high kd of 1.3-1.5 and over 50 win rate yet i lose 36 and only gain 30, and the cheater situation has made this worse for me since i am now stuck in silver, when will i get my rp back considering on one alt account i cant hit gold due to these issues

To clarify, the roll backs occur throughout the season and you will only receive them after a player has been banned. If you are able to report these cheaters with the in-game tool, that information always goes straight to the Siege team, they are able to investigate each report further from their end and then issue warnings/bans as needed. If your report does lead to a ban, you will receive an in-game notification as well. This dev blog post has additional information on the roll back system if you need it!
