[2020] Getting Banned Because of Trolls

Is there a way to get them banned/suspended for this ? Or are they just gonna get away with what they've done ?
It's pretty clear that they did this in purpose, can see that after watching the video below, they just stood there and goyo deployed his shield in purpose.
I can't describe how annoyed I am.

We have explicitly explained why we cannot handle player reports over the forums nor allow Naming and Shamingin this post. As it is a literal forum rule, it has to be removed. Players should be utilizing the proper tools to submit reports so they can be handled by the correct team like here or through the in-game system. Closing thread.
