i was queuing for an unranked match and mid ban-phase my game crashed, i tried to restart the game and rejoin and then i have a warning on my screen that says i am suspended for ranked and unranked the next 1440 hours which is pretty not nice i think.
Hey @Moastaaa, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the suspension you've received, as I fully appreciate that this wasn't what you may have anticipated.
Based on your description, it appears that due to you not being present during the ban-phase, players have cancelled the match, which then resulted in suspension being issued by the server-side, whilst you were in fact willing to return, however as it was too late, suspension was issued before you were able to return, resulting in ban.
As far as duration for the ban goes, do mind that initially, this will be for a matter of minutes, however if this occur on multiple instances, suspension will be for a pro-longed period of time, which can also eventually result in permanent ban.
In these circumstances, I do understand that the outcome may not be desirable however I am afraid our team would be unable to overturn this and you will need to wait until suspension ends. For the meantime, if you do experience crashes on regular occasions, we would be more than happy to look into it further for you, therefore let us know and we will take it from there!
