[2022] Problem with Extraction operators in Siege

So there is this reward in Ubisoft Connect that grants you all of the Extraction operators in Siege. Of course I got the reward and everything was fine when I played some time ago, but yesterday I noticed that some of the characters from Extraction are missing, namely Ela, Zofia, Vigil, Hibana and Capitao. Additionally, some of the characters I remember playing in the past are also unavailable, like Blackbeard of Valkyrie, but maybe that's a rotation thing or something (still a noob here). Is this lack of these 5 operators a bug, can it be fixed? Thanks!
