Our live chat is usually open from 10am-4pm (GMT time)
Live chat can sometimes become unavailable and the option will be blurred out and unselectable, if it is outside of these hours, or if all our live chat agents are already occupied with other players.
That is something that can happen depending on the issue you have selected, or just due to the availability of agents. Do you have the email option available that should appear next to it? It should say 'submit my case'
Then this means live chat is not available at this time unfortunately, though our other support options > email, Facebook, and Twitter will remain open over the holidays, thank you.
