[2021] This is what i need help with

Excuse me Ubisoft its me again typing from a different device. I know you solved my server issue but i still cant matchmake and load into games. The problem is that it never matchmakes properly and never loads me into a game even after ten minutes. It’s supposed to take lesser than a minute which is what the estimated time says. Please help and let me play this game
