[2022] sick of being ban because game or network crashed

While we cannot do anything to remove temporary bans, we'd like to do what we can to reduce these instances of you being disconnected.

If you find you're being disconnected often, could you please ensure you've completed all of the steps in our connectivity guide?

Please understand that when it comes to connectivity issues, if there is no major degradation ongoing, these steps are key in allowing us to narrow down possible causes of your connection issues and work towards a solution for you.

As for the game crashing, do you also find this happens often? And have you attempted any troubleshooting to address this too?
