i bought a pre owned pc from ebay. it was a great deal and it works flawlessly and i was happy as i had been saving for an eternity. So i decided to buy rainbow as i really liked the game and many people have told me to switch from console to pc to really step up your game. Im a plat btw on xbox. so i bought it and then hopped into a newcomer with one of my friends who was a lvl 36 i was lvl 0 as it was a brand new account. the second round i got banned for cheating. i was shocked i was not hacking or anything of the sort so the next day i hopped into a live chat with the support and the person was no help. so i told him i was going to talk with someone else so i ended the chat and apprently because of that my appeal was denied. i spoke to 3 other people and the last person told me i bought a PC with a hardware identity ban or something. I have no idea what this is as i havent hacked and the pc is new like i had to set it up myself going through the windows set up so it could not have been banned before hand and i bought the game on steam. it was a new account level 0. Support has been no help and i have wasted my money as i cant even refund the game and im stuck with a ban notice on my steam profile. i wasnt even hacking and i wasted my money. please help me i love the game but this is not fair. i have wasted my money and i dont know why i have got this ban. Please can someone help me or someone from support help me get unbanned or my money back as i dont have much of it. not everyone has money to throw on a game, and it would have been fair enough if i was hacking but i wasnt. im a level 0 in newcomer and i got like 3 kills. my name was a little rude but its a joke and none of the customer support people said anything about it being a reason of why i got banned. i really need help thank you

If the PC that you bought had any cheating or hacking software still installed on the computer by a previous owner, BattlEye may detect this and ban your account from the game.
As far as I can see, I can not find any cases about this that have been made under the sickuk Ubisoft Account. Are you able to give us the case number where you contacted us so I can check this for you?
