So I’m being told I’m going to be losing out of hundreds of £’s worth of items I’ve spent since 2016 because Ubisoft didn’t make people aware of the deadline for linking accounts because of the awful communication from any sort of Ubisoft socials, you have quite literally taken away the biggest reason why people wanted to come back to R6s in the first place, this is what ubi support had to respond with, 'we do not have ability to merge two Ubisoft accounts or transfer content and data from one Ubisoft account to another.' in other words they're telling me I have to miss out on this update because I have to chose to switch account if I want the 3+ years I spent on a previous account with hundreds of £'s spent or my current account which also has 3+ years spent and also hundreds of £'s, all because Ubisoft cannot make people aware of a deadline or announce it anywhere noticeable, all this can be solved if ubi allowed account merging for Ubi support so that it doesnt get abused by hackers/scammers.
