These changes are to the detriment of normal and casual players who aren't interested in playing Siege as an exercise in sweaty Ranked-Mode dedication.

Basically, if you are only interested in Siege casually then the game is slowly being pushed further and further away. It's not a binary "Don't play if you're casual" thing. It's just a trend that becomes more and more noticeable as time goes by. Just be aware of it as you go in. The game is not friendly to new players or those who aren't interested in min-max ranking ... and the programmers seem to be dedicated entirely towards continuing that trend.
Hey Riddler,

I can sense through your message you're extremely passionate and frustrated about the changes made to Casual, and I want to thank you as well for sharing your experience with the current state of Siege, and the direction you feel the game is currently heading in. Would you be willing to elaborate more on how you feel the team has been limiting game modes?

2. Maps. So far all the map redesigns and new maps have all been huge, blocky, boxy carbon copies of each other. Theme Park, Villa, Hereford, Fortress ... they're all just big blocks made of more blocks. Instead of homogenizing the game by making all the maps into similar things ... why not keep some variety by allowing players to use the OLD versions of maps if they want? Put them in TH. Keep the old version in Casual mode. Whatever. Ubi could have done that. They didn't. Instead, they LIMITED the game.
3. Casual. Casual was changed to be more like Ranked with AA/BB rounds. We weren't asked. They just did it. Ubi could have given us the OPTION to keep the old rotation. They didn't. They LIMITED the game.

As time goes on, the game is not adding more and more content. Oh - you have more OPERATORS. You have more COSMETICS. But there are fewer maps we can play ... fewer game modes we can play with ... fewer options ... fewer choices ... less variety ... and less choice. I'm not sure how the developers think that's a good thing. Most games that have been out for several years will add MORE to the game ... but Siege is just the opposite.
Noted. I see where the frustration comes from because you feel these changes were placed on you without giving you an option. Unfortunately, since neither myself, Morning, or Fate are devs, the best we can do is to continually let the team know how the community has felt about the changes We have been and we will continue to do so! The more feedback you give us, the more we can bring to them, so by all means, keep it coming.

I've said this multiple times before, but the important thing to understand and realize is feedback does not have instant turnaround time. There is process in place for feedback to be presented, tested, asses risks with the idea, get it approved, and iterated. It is not a process that is instant and takes a lot of time to go through. It is unfortunate that you feel unheard because your feedback has not been implemented immediately, but it is vital to understand it takes time. We appreciate your patience while the team implements changes.

I suggest making a separate thread for the answers to the following questions:
What operators are you specifically talking about in this chance?
What do you dislike about the map reworks? Have you read the map rework philosophy post about why the changes happen?
Thank you for your input on the limited packs. I understand why you dislike them, and we have made note of the negative sentiment around the recent Nighthaven packs.
