I've sent in an email almost 5 days ago and no response/fix to this issue has been resolved. As the rank reset occurred, I was receiving/losing 65-75 MMR per game yesterday in my games. As I queued with the same group of friends from yesterday people higher ranked than me(high gold). Winning games only netted me and my friends 25-31 MMR per win in today's session. In our second game that we won, two of us gained a similar low MMR as last game, whilst our third friend gained the usual expected of around 70 MMR (unlike his last game where he received 25 MMR only). I understand that ranked MMR gain/lose goes down as you play more games with my K factor, yet the sudden unexpected shift in MMR gain/lose is the first time i experience such a thing, not sure if it was a bug as lose/gain of MMR is indifferent to level of play as it just requires a win or lose. I tried playing alone with people in my rank bracket (low silver), I won the game and received the same low MMR gain of 25-30. (I'm almost 30 games in this season).

Hope I can get an explanation as to what occurred, and receive the deserved MMR that I should've gained in those 3 games, as I feel as though my time was robbed compared to what MMR I expected to gain to climb this season. As I'm refraining from playing ranked much currently due to this.

Hello t7sees.com, I can see your case was replied to two days ago with an update.

MMR gains and loss are based on your skill rating, performance as a team and your uncertainty stat. Winning/Losing a ranked match will now give a minimum of 25 +/- MMR gain or loss.

The game is confident the rank you have been placed in is correct, so you will have a low uncertainty stat, meaning the game will reward you less MMR.

After your placement matches and gaining your Rank, the game has a good idea of what skill you have and what uncertainty of winning stat you have if you have been playing the game for some time. If you place at a lower rank then you did the previous season update this is another reason why you would receive less MMR, as you personally played better in the last season.

The best way to gain more MMR at this point is to beat higher skilled players, the game will reward you with more MMR as it did not believe you were statistically going to win the match.

A reason your friends may be gaining more MMR then you is they may have played fewer games then you, or they are personally winning matches against players who have a higher skill then they do, so the game is rewarding your friend more MMR as the game did not believe your friend would perform as well as they did.

These changes were last tweaked in the previous Shadow Legacy update and have remained that way since. You can read more about this here - https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/game/r...hmaking-rating
