Hi CagierGecko5382! I'm sorry to hear this. Have you checked the in-game settings to ensure that nothing is being restricted or limited? Also, if you are using a Nvidia graphics card, please do the following:

1. Right-click on your desktop
2. Select "Nvidia Control Panel"
3. Select "Change Resolution"

You should be able to select the correct refresh rate from there. You can update the thread with your findings, or you can always contact our team at support.ubi.com in case a member on the forums is not able to respond in a timely manner.
