When i try and start game it says something like, There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please help

This error usually means that you are signed in to the incorrect Ubisoft account, as the game is not associated with it.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us via any of the following private support channels -

I'm unable to see the image as the URL needs to be from a website, rather than your PC.

It's important however to provide this image to a support agent privately using one of our channels above. The forums is not the most appropriate place to discuss an account issue, for your security.
