Hi there!
I've played Splinter Cell Blacklist and Ghost Recon Future Soldiir for a couple of hours but the two weapon skin rewards have not been unlocked yet, it seems to be bugged. Any way to fix this?

I've had a look at your account and can see that you played those games indeed therefore both rewards have now been added to you, so when you have a chance, check in-game and let us know if you're able to locate it .
