[2021] Possible bug found in solo straining grounds

I've been trying to play training grounds in solo today and for some reason everytime between 5-10 games the game loads in but gets stuck on the screen with the map that's loaded in which forces me to alt-f4 out of the application and have to wait for ages to connect back to the severs.
I play solo Training grounds pretty regularly and have never experienced this issue, so was just curious if this is actually a bug or something has changed recently to make this an acctual thing which i doubt.

My platform is PC and I've had this issue with both PCs in mt house.
