I put in a request to have a game changed from one account to another. I wasnt aware ubisoft had it to where if u buy a game u could only play it on that account on ubisoft. I didnt buy it on ubisoft i bought it on steam. Anyways some help would be very appreciated.

I can only apologise for the delay responding to your ticket. The team working tickets will get back to you but we have a large amount of tickets at the moment and can only respond in order we receive them, so I can't put a timeframe on it currently I'm afraid.
