I'm sorry to hear it's been so long since you've had a response. We do have a large backlog of tickets at the moment and can only reply in the order they are passed through to us. I saw you have 2 ticket and your first ticket wasn't in English either so that may have something to do with it due to the availability of agents who can support that specific ticket.
