Hello, i have created a ticket regarding missing cross progression content in early january, there has not been any sign of live from a supporter yet can somebody pls help did the ticket get lost or what should i do?

I'm sorry to hear it's been so long since you've had a response. We do have a large backlog of tickets at the moment and can only reply in the order they are passed through to us. I saw you have 2 ticket and your first ticket wasn't in English either so that may have something to do with it due to the availability of agents who can support that specific ticket. I've assigned the correct subject to both of your tickets but unfortunately I can't handle such issues over the forums, so you'll need to await a reply on the ticket. They won't get forgotten, don't worry.
