Title. I would really like a response other than 'you can just report them.' You cant report if they kick you while you are loading.

Hey there! Just to clarify, are you talking about solo players being vote kicked by a squad? This has been brought up to the team to look into. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle Vote Kick abuse?
