On the subject of MMR, while you're at it, please investigate why in Ranked on PS4, you insist on taking my entire squad that are ALL in the EUS datacenter with pings ranging from 9-24, and matching us against entire teams of people from Guatamala (we ain't neighbors), with pings 150-200. I'm in the Eastern US; you can't find us ANYBODY else to play with, and have to reach out to Guatamala to fill our game?
The reason why it is brought up is to remind players who may not know that Ranked is not taken into account for matchmaking, because people are bringing up the Ranked MMR of players. We want to eliminate the idea that Ranked takes part in Quick Match mming.
We are fully aware of players reporting they feel some matches have unablanced matchmaking, and continue to make note of new threads reporting this instance. We also appreciate suggestions from the community on how to improve the experience overall.
Regarding the datacenter question, are you making sure you are still on EUS while you are in the match? It is possible it is an issue with the other team not being redirected to the proper datacenter, which would require those players to contact support. How often are you encountering issues like this? It should be rare.
