I tried reinstalling and installing the game from the ground up and disabling overlay and cloud save then enabling them again to try and opt for local save but nothing i do can prevent this error of " User Profile Loading Failed" . This causes me to have to put in all my key bindings again in the settings and have to mess with the attachments of each operator because its been set to default every time i run the game. Please let me know if when you guys can help. I have already tried the conventional way of fixing it that is listed on the Ubisoft support page.

Sorry to hear that this issue has persisted, please perform the steps once again to clear the user profile and before launching run both the game and any launchers(Ubisoft Connect, Steam Epic) with admin privileges. If this still doesn't help please open a support case with us so we can offer further assistance.
If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:
