Can someone walk me through how to open a support case, I'm owed multiple bundles i bought last year and ive finally got round to buying a pc but when i install siege and open it it says there's trouble with linking the purchases to my account, i have proof of purchase but no where to send it
Hello Serenutty17, it sounds as though you may have an authentication problem, if you have more than one Ubisoft account or are using the wrong login details.
Please gather as much of the following information as possible as this will make it easier to locate your account -
- Ubisoft username
- Ubisoft email address or previous emails you may have used
- Game you are trying to access
- Any linked accounts such as PSN / Gamertags / Steam ID code / Epic ID code
