The weekly missions stay for a week more if you leave even one unfinished. This has been happening since Uplay shifted to Ubisoft Connect.
The most recent case was the Kenya flag charm. I did not had Wamai at the time so after the collection time for it expired, it didn't vanish. It stayed there for a week more, during which I managed to collect said charm.
I don't have much problem with it but it would be appreciated if the support took a look at this.
