[2022] Help please ubi I am going to post what I said in ubi contact us in her as it won’t let me send it

Ok hello my name is Zed because I play this game regularly I have recently purchased an eleite skin for my main (mozzie) it’s going well except for one issue I see no option to equip my gadget skin and in game (have tried custom ranked quick play) and it does not appear therefore if there is an issue with the skin or I am doing something wrong please just let me know and if the issue cannot be resolve may I get a refund of the 1,800 credits and possibly keep the skin or is that too much if you want I could get a photo but it will take a day because I cannot play until tomorrow evening
