I am facing Connection Lost: There seems to be a problem with your internet Connection .Please check your settings or switch to offline mode for over 3 weeks now . I tried to fix the issue , gone though some forums , steam quora etc. Troubleshooting steps I did were as follows:-
1.DNS Settings
2.Changing Password
3.Changing WIFI
4.Lan Connection
5.Restart System
6.Re-installed Uplay
7. Disabled Antivirus
Please check from your end , and let me know if any additional steps I need to perform.
