When I was playing the game, I fell out of the game due to server problems and I could not enter the game again. I saw that I was penalized when I entered the game while trying to see if it would be corrected if I close and open the game. I request you to compensate for this penalty because of server problem.

Hello Luusiyann! I'm terribly sorry to hear about this situation you encountered in Rainbow Six Siege. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to encounter disconnects and be penalized as a result of them. However, please keep in mind that Support is not able to adjust rank, restore lost ranked points, or remove penalties of any kind. Nonetheless, I can certainly get this instance reported for you. How often do you experience disconnects? Have you always had trouble reconnecting to your matches?
