So my account got perma banned for toxic behaviour because my friend had played on my computer repeatedly. Is there any way i can remove these ban?

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban.
Please note, you can appeal your ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can on how it was your friend playing on your account and any evidence you may have, as you can only appeal a ban once. We also ask players to enable 2FA on their account to stop anyone else accessing your account.
